Recent Stock Purchase

Hello everyone,

While this market is making it somewhat difficult to find good value, I still want to nibble here and there to keep my portfolio rolling.  Today I purchased a company that I sold months ago, as I felt at the time it was overvalued so I took a profit with the hopes it would fall and I'd repurchase.  Today was that day!  That company is Realty Income, O, which has fallen considerably from when I sold it at a tad over $70.  I've been hoping for a nice drop in the REIT sector, along with a short drop with the FED interest increase.  It didn't drop too much with the FED increase but it's still at a good point with it's drop over the past few months.  I decided to only purchase a small position, with hopes it will continue falling and I'll add to it in the weeks ahead.  Here is a summary of the purchase:

Realty Income Corp. (O):
Purchase Price: $54.05
Commission: $0
Total: $1081
Forward 12 month Dividend Income: $48.72

Overall, I feel it was a good starting point to get back into an O position.  I purchased these shares in my Roth account to maximize tax value with a REIT.  I still have some cash sitting in my Roth, so I may add more shares with any downward movement.  Well that's it for now and thank you for stopping by!

November Dividend Income

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to give a quick snapshot of my dividend income for the month of November.  November, as many of you know, is pretty slow in the Dividend game, but I still had a few companies  paying. Here is a breakdown of all dividends received:

Apple Inc. (AAPL): $13.11
Verizon Communications (VZ): $16.86
Proctor and Gamble (PG): $12.69
Kinder Morgan Inc. (KMI): $5.88

In total, I received $48.54 in dividends for the month.  In 2015, for the month of November I received $29.11, so the snowball is rolling!  I'm hoping to substantially increase that number by next November, as my goal is to be over $100 for the month next year.  Anyways, that's it for now and I really appreciate you stopping by.

Recent Stock Purchase

Hi everyone,

I've steadily increased my purchases over the past month, as I'm putting some of my cash to work on
my dividend train to gain some speed.  This week, I added to my Coca-Cola Company, KO, position. I was able to add 19 shares at $39.90 per share for a total purchase price of $758.10 (no commisuon) With this purchase, I now hold 40 shares of KO in my portfolio.  I really loved picking up some more KO with sub-40 share prices, as I've been wanting to add to my position for awhile.  I'll be looking to add more soon if the price dips below $40 again.  This purchase brings my forward yearly income from KO to $56.00.

Thanks for stopping by!

Update

Hey everyone!

I'm sorry for lack of posting, as it's been a rather hectic half of year.   With that being said, I've still been following the progress of my fellow DGI and personal finance bloggers intently.  In addition, I've been slowly building up my investments one block at a time.  I'm happy to say my investments are nearly 150k!!  That includes available cash, as I've stashed quite a bit of cash in my portfolio, as I'm waiting on some good opportunities.   I've continued buying as well, when I see good value, such as recent buys of UL, OHI and SO.   Well that's it for the quick update, but I plan on writing a more detailed summary very soon, along with updated portfolios.

Weekly Activity - Investments

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone had a great week!  I'm ready to spend the weekend relaxing and maybe catching a movie with the wife.  As far as an update, I had a very slow week, as prices have continued to be relatively high for all the companies I'm currently watching.  I did have a few small buys, as I continue to dollar cost average into full positions.  In addition, I contributed $500 to my 401k, which was invested into index funds of the Thrift Savings Plan.  Here is a summary of my small buys for the week:

Target Corporation (TGT): $50
The Walt Disney Company (DIS): $25
Coca-Cola (KO): $25
Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM): $65
Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT): $55

Well, that is it!  Nothing substantial but I still tried to continue to invest small amounts into existing positions.  Overall, I invested $220 into my dividend portfolio and $500 into my 401k plan for a total of $720 invested for the week.  I'm really hoping for some buying opportunities in the coming weeks, as I am sitting on some cash to invest.  Enjoy the weekend!

Recent Investment Activity - DGI Portfolio

Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for the continued support of my blog and my journey to grow wealth.  If you follow my blog, I try to invest small amounts on a weekly basis to existing portfolio positions, along with sprinkling a larger buy here and there when I see value in a particular stock.  For example, I initiated a position in Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) during the Brexit event a few weeks back.  Otherwise, I basically dollar cost average into my positions in my so-called core holdings, suck as Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM).  Over the past year and half I've slowly accumulated decent positions in those core holdings and will continue to add weekly or monthly to build full positions and increase my dividend income.

So far in July, I've not been overly busy in investing, as prices are at all time highs so I haven't pulled the trigger on a new position or larger buy, but I've still had a few of my monthly buys go through.  In addition, I have of course contributed to my 401k plan, as I typically add $450-$500 bi-weekly to that account.  Here are my recent investments, as of July 8th:

Purchases:
Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio

Target Corp. (TGT) $25
Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) $63
Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) $45.85
The Coca-Cola Company (KO) $31
Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) $60

Total Portfolio Purchases: $224.85

401k - Thrift Savings Plan

Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) $495
Currently investing at 53% C Fund, 27% S Fund and 20% I Fund

Total TSP Purchases: $495

Overall investments: $719.85

That's it for this quick update.   Not too much action, but I'm hoping the cliche saying "slow and steady wins the race" proves true over the long haul.  Thank you for reading and I'll be posting a dividend income update soon, along with some awesome news on my rental property.

Portfolio Update - As of July 5th

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone enjoyed the 4th of July holiday weekend, as I know we did.  Well I should preface that with my fellow Americans, but nevertheless, I hope everyone had a good weekend and week thus far.  My portfolio is still slowly progressing and it's exciting to add to it each week.  As of my last update in mid-June, my DGI portfolio stood at $21,943.   As of July 5th, it is now valued at $23,213, as I've made new purchases adding to existing positions and initiating a small position in Wells Fargo & Company (WFC).  I'm still having difficulties with the blogger platform, as I'm unable to reply to messages and/or post messages to other blogger sites.  I'm not sure what the problem is but I'm still looking for a fix or simply just merge my site over to another platform.  Well, that's it for this update and I really appreciate you following along.

Dividend Income - June

Hi fellow investors and readers!

I figured I'd go ahead and post my dividend income I received for the month of June, as the 4th of July holiday quickly approaches.  What a month for me and my portfolio, as it's slowly cranking out higher and higher income.  This month saw me cross over the $100 mark for the second time, which is awesome!  Overall, I had eleven companies pay me a dividend for the month.  My dividend income for June totaled $105.90, which represents a nice year over year increase from the $62.34 I received last June.  Here is a breakdown of the June dividends:

Target Corp. (TGT):  $4.42
Bank of America Corp. (BAC):  $1.60
Wal-Mart Stores (WMT):  $2.45
Lockheed Martin (LMT):  $11.57
McDonald's (MCD):  $3.69
ConocoPhillips (COP):  $6.59
Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM):  $17.77
Ford Motor Company (F):  $14.64
BP plc (BP):  $37.59
Unilever (UL): $3.67
Realty Income (O):  $1.99

Not too shabby!  While I'm nowhere near some of my fellow investors, it's finally feeling like the dividend snowball is gaining steam.  Just crossing that $100 mark makes it feel legit to me, so I can't wait to see the next $100 gain to cross that $200 monthly point.  I'll follow up this post soon with my investment activity for the month, so feel free to stop back by soon.  Thank you for stopping by and to my fellow Americans, Happy 4th of July.

Investment Activity - Recent Sell

Hello everyone,

I meant to put this out over the weekend, but completely forgot.   While I was preparing for the Brexit vote, I thought I could make a little gains on a quick sell of my Bank of America holding.  Bank of America (BAC) was one of my smaller holdings and not a core holding, so I decided to sell on Thursday.  I ended up selling my entire (small) position, 33 shares, for $14 per share.  My cost basis for the shares was around $13 so I took a small profit and was planning on reinvesting when the markets went bad so I could gain a few free shares.  I haven't reinvested as of yet, and frankly, may use the money on some other purchases, if the market keeps falling this week.  I don't like selling any of my holdings, but I do look to leverage occasionally to gain a share here and there.   Anyways, that's it for now, as I just wanted to quickly detail my investment activity.   Here's hoping for some good buying opportunities this week!

Weekly Activity - New Buys and Dividends

Hi fellow DGIers and readers,

Thank you for the continued support of my blog and my investing journey.   I utilize a strategy of continual small buys, while sprinkling in a larger purchase here and there, to grow my portfolio and dividend income.  In addition, I have a 401k plan, the Thrift Savings Plan, which I  add to on a bi-weekly basis that serves as my main retirement investment, along with my actual retirement plan.  At this point, I'm fully marching along to hitting the 100k point very soon!  The following is a quick summary of all my investment activity for the past two weeks.

Here is the breakdown for all my investment activity:

Purchases:
Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio

ConocoPhillips (COP) $65
The Walt Disney Company (DIS) $65
Target Corp. (TGT) $125
Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) $55
Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) $690
Realty Income (O) $64
Wal-Mart (WMT) $20

Total Portfolio Purchases for the Week: $1084

401k - Thrift Savings Plan

Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) $495
Currently investing at 55% C Fund, 25% S Fund and 20% I Fund

Total TSP Purchases: $495

Dividends:
BP plc (BP) $37.59 (DRIP)
Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT) $11.57 (DRIP)
Bank of America Corp. (BAC) $1.60
Realty Income (O) $1.99
McDonald's (MCD) $3.69

Total Dividends for the period: $56.44

Well, another pretty productive two weeks in the books.  I'm getting closer and closer to hitting that $1000 in annual dividend income, along with crossing the 100k point on my investment accounts.  Overall, I was able to invest a total of $1579 and received $56.44 in dividends.   Thank you for checking out this post and I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

New Stock Purchase

Hi everyone,

Well today was quite a ride for the stock market, as I eagerly watched and hoped to pick up some shares on discount.   It's always tough to see your most of your portfolio holdings in red, but at this point in the game, I just see it as opportunity.  I'm in it for the long haul, so any chance for me to pick up a new company or add to existing holdings is a good day for me. I was able to use a bunch of capital, as I'm purchasing a new house and need the flexibility of the cash reserve to use for unforeseen needs and/or expenses.   I did end up using a tad, as I initiated a new position in Wells Fargo & Company (WFC), as well as added small amounts to my holdings in Target Corp. (TGT) and The Walt Disney Company (DIS).

I purchased 15 shares of WFC at $46 per share for a total cost of $690.   With a current quarterly dividend of $0.38, it adds $22.80 to my annual dividend total.  This is an initial purchase of WFC, as I plan to keep adding shares in the future to build up my holding.

Well, I'm heading out to eat with the family on this lovely Friday night, so I'll make this short.  I'll look to post a recent activity post soon detailing all my investment activity for the past few weeks.  Enjoy your Friday evenings!

Total Portfolio Update

Hello everyone,

Once again, thank you for following along my investing journey.   I posted an update to my portfolio last week, but did not include my newer purchases for that week within the total.   I hadn’t made any large buys, but rather added small amounts to my existing holdings, such as Target Corp. (TGT), Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM), Realty Income (O), the Walt Disney Company (DIS) and Wal-Mart (WMT).   As of today, my dividend growth portfolio of 21 companies sits at $22,536.98 and is churning out $768.36 annually in dividends.   As I detailed in last posting, XOM surpassed Apple Inc. (AAPL) as my largest holding after my latest purchase.   Furthermore, my 401k plan, the Thrift Savings Plan (a mixture of Index Funds), is currently valued at $71,892.   This brings my investment total to $94,428.36, which is knocking right on that six figure door!   I do have some cash reserve to make other purchases, along with mutual funds, but I’m not including those in this total, as I plan to liquidate those assets and merge into my dividend growth portfolio soon.   Well, just wanted to provide a quick update, as I’m nearing the 100k point, which is a goal I’ve been eager to hit.

Dividend Income - May 2016

Hey everyone!

This post will detail my dividend income I received during the month of May.   I love the fact that my monthly income is steadily increasing, month over month, year over year.   During the month of May, five of my portfolio holdings paid a dividend.   The total received was $43.24.  While that doesn't seem like a lot, it's come a long way since May 2015, were I received a total of $19.98 (even better than the big $0 I received May 2014).   Here is a breakdown of the dividends:

Apple Inc. (AAPL):  $13.58 (DRIP)
Verizon (VZ):  $12.35 (Added to Buy Funds)
Realty Income (O):  $1.99 (Added to Buy Funds)
Proctor & Gamble (PG):  $9.52 (DRIP)
Kinder Morgan Inc. (KMI):  $5.80 (DRIP)

Well that's it for this post, as I just wanted to get caught up with posting my investing and dividend activity from May.   The month of June should produce some nice dividend income, as I have quite a few June payers, to include some larger positions, such as Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM), BP and Ford (F).   Thank you for following along!

Porfolio Update

Hello everyone!   I wanted to share an update on my dividend portfolio, as it continues to grow little by little.   I would have liked to added a bit more to it during the first half of 2016, but life happens, so I've added what has been feasible thus far.  While I haven't had many large purchases, I've routinely invested throughout the year, so I've kept that up with small ongoing purchases.   As of closing on Friday, June 17th, my portfolio is valued at $21,943.32 with an estimated annual dividend income of $755.72.   My largest holding, by market share, is still Apple Inc. (AAPL).  However, Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) should surpass it within the next week, as I continue to make routine purchases of XOM.   I've inserted a snapshot of the portfolio, as well as a text version at the bottom.   Thank you so much for following along and I hope to continue to post updates documenting the growth of my portfolio.

Update

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the lack of posts, as I've been away with training for work, vacation traveling and the sale and purchase of a new home.  So, with that, I haven't found much time to post any updates.  I'll submit a new update this evening with my current portfolio, as I've still been cruising along, little by little.  Thank you for following along!

Weekly Buys and Dividends

Hi fellow DGIers and readers,

Thank you for the continued support of my little blog, as I chronicle one dollar at a time (literally) in my investing journey.    As I mentioned last week, I've been traveling for work.  I had another slow week, as I'm having to pay my tax bill in a few weeks, so I've throttled down a tad to compensate for that money going to Uncle Sam.  However, I'm still plugging away with my small investments, especially my monthly buys that I directly invest.   While there is certainly better options, depending on each individual and/or preference, I feel this type of investment enables me to slowly accumulate shares and dollar cost average into full positions.

Here is the breakdown:

Purchases:
Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio

ConocoPhillips (COP) $60
The Walt Disney Company ((DIS) $20
Bank of America Corp. (BAC) $13.60 (one share)
The Proctor & Gamble Company (PG) $55

Total Purchases for the Week: $148.60

Dividends:
BP plc (BP) $36.82 (DRIP)
Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT) $10.19 (DRIP)
Bank of America Corp. (BAC) $1.45

Total Dividends for the Week: $48.46

Well, not much going on this week, but I'm an advocate of every dollar counts in this investing journey.   With that in mind, I added $148.60 to prior positions and was able to reinvest dividends in two of my three dividends received this week.  Of note, as detailed in last post, I FINALLY crossed the $100 mark in monthly dividends, which was a nice little boost for me. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Another Small Milestone

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to make a small post to highlight a small milestone I just hit.   While I still have ALOT of saving, investing and reinvesting to go, it's nice to hit a little goal you have set in your mind that shows the benefit of DGI.   I received two more dividends today to add to my March total thus far and finally crossed that big 'three figure' mark of monthly dividend income.   I received $36.82 from BP and $10.19 from Lockheed Martin (LMT), which brought my total for the month to $119.66.   It's nothing spectacular but certainly a mark that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside!  With all the dividend cuts, it's nice to finally hit the +100 in dividend income for the month.   This is my second small goal achieved as of late, after hitting $20,000 in my portfolio.   Next up, crossing $100,000 in total 401k and DGI portfolio!!

Thanks for stopping by.

Weekly Investment Activity and Dividends

Hi everyone,

I've been traveling this week for work, so I haven't had much spare time for my blogging addiction of reading fellow DGIers.  Also, I didn't make any proactive buys this week, as I didn't see any deals I wanted to jump on (plus still waiting to see the damage done by the taxman!).  However, I did have two ongoing buys go through, with $50 to Exxon Mobil and $60 to Lockheed Martin.   I also invested $598 into my TSP retirement account.   I had two dividends roll in this week, while small, it's still a passive stream of income that keeps growing!  Well this will be a short post to detail my weekly activity.  I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!

Here is the breakdown:

Purchases:
Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio

Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) $50
Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT) $60

Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Retirement Account

C Fund (60%), S Fund (20%), I Fund (20%) $598

Total Purchases for the Week: $708

Dividends:
McDonald's (MCD) $3.69
Realty Income (O) $1.99

Total Dividends for the Week: $5.68

Well, that's it for this week, as it was relatively slow, but still managed to invest $708 to add to my growing snowball.   Thanks so much for stopping by!

Weekly Investment Purchases, Dividends and Passive Income

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend thus far.   I have plans to simply hang out with my family and get outdoors, weather permitting, as it seems the rain keeps coming.  It's nice to spend good quality time with the family after a long work week.  It's amazing how fast the little ones are growing up, so I try to spend every second with them before 'daddy' isn't as cool anymore and they want to be with friends more and more.   This post will detail my weekly activity, as I had several small automatic purchases and a few other purchases to add to existing portfolio holdings, dividends received and, lastly, semi-passive income generated from my rental property.   Here is the breakdown:

Purchases:
Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio
The Walt Disney Co. (DIS) $50
Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) $50
Bank of America Corp. (BAC) $26.16
Kinder Morgan Inc. (KMI) $36

Total Purchases for the Week: $162.16

Dividends:
Target Corp. (TGT) $4.29
Unilever: (UL) $3.31
Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) $14.99 (DRIP)

Total Dividends for the Week: $22.59

Other Income:
Rental Property - Payment received for March rent, which netted $295 in positive cash flow.

Another week in the books and I was able to add a little to my portfolio, as every dime helps!   I used $162.16 to add to existing holdings, received $22.59 in dividends and netted $295 in passive income from rental property.   Well, that's it for this short post, as I'm off to spend time with the family.   Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Small Milestone Hit - Portfolio

Hello everyone,

With the recent run-up in the overall market, especially in the energy sector, I hit a small milestone that brought a smile to my face.  I was about to update my portfolio on the blog and when I opened it up it had crossed over the 20k mark for the first time.  While nothing grand, it did make my portfolio seem legit for the first time, as I've been nickel and diming it to slowly accumulate wealth.   I'm pretty happy at where it is and how far it has came since that first stock purchase a little over a year and half ago.  With my Special Agent Dividend's non-top secret portfolio and my retirement accounts, I'm cruising right towards the six figure mark in investments!  I should be around 90k, plus or minus a tad, right now so well on the way of hitting that milestone soon.   While my portfolio has increased nicely with the market ride, my dividend income has taken a hit with three of my holdings, Kinder Morgan (KMI), ConocoPhillips (COP) and BHP Billiton (BBL) slashing dividends.   I don't plan to sell at the moment, as it was understandable in this market.  In any regard, it's a nice moment to hit a milestone, as it just gives you motivation to keep it going and improve each month.  If I hadn't started this journey, that 20k would have been wasted on something I'm sure and not generating $700 annually and compounding growth.  Well, thanks for stopping by and for the support!

Here is a snapshot of my portfolio:

Weekly Investment and Dividend Activity - DGI

Hello everyone,

Thanks for stopping by my little blog that chronicles my investing journey.   I can’t believe the first week of March is in the books, as this year is passing by fast.   I had a few small buys this past week, as I used a little cash that was in my Loyal3 account to add to my DIS and KO positions, as well as some automatic purchases in my DRIP plans.   I had another contribution go through to my 401k, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP).  Lastly, and my favorite, I had some dividends roll in, which was reinvested.  Ford (F) paid a special dividend on top of the quarterly payout, so that was a nice little bump in my income already for the month.   Here are the details of this week’s activity:

Purchases:

Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio

The Walt Disney Co. (DIS): $30

The Coca-Cola Co. (KO): $10

Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ):  $50

Exxon Mobil Corporation (XOM):  $50

Total invested $140

Retirement Account

Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) 401k Employee Plan

C Fund (S&P 500 Index Fund) - $298 invested

S Fund (Small Cap Index) - $105 invested

I Fund (International Index) - $95 invested

Total invested $498

Dividends:

Ford Motor Co. (F):  $37.81

ConocoPhillips (COP):  $5.12

Total dividends received $42.93

Summary:

Off to a decent start this month, as I hope to add fresh capital on a weekly basis to further kick start my portfolio.   I’ll continue to use my small investment strategy until I build a nice solid base of my core holdings and really start the momentum of the compounding effect.  Once again, thanks for stopping by and for the continued support!

Bi-Weekly Investment Activity - Stock Buys, Dividends, TSP

Hello everyone,

Thanks so much for stopping by and the continued support.   I've had a pretty mild two weeks when it comes to investing (this post has some carry over from last week's activity), but I'm still plugging away with my weekly and monthly purchases.  This past two weeks has seen several of my monthly purchases executed, such as Proctor & Gamble, Lockheed Martin and the Walt Disney Company.  In addition, I've made several small buys to add to existing positions, such as Apple, Coca-Cola, Target and Bank of Nova Scotia.   In addition to my dividend growth portfolio, I contributed to my work sponsored 401k type Thrift Savings Plan, which is further detailed below.  I had a few dividends roll in, nothing spectacular, but man I love seeing them pop up in the account.  Lastly, I had some passive income coming in from my rental property.   Overall, not too shabby!  While I'd love to throw a few thousand in weekly, it's not practical for me, so I'll keep at it one buck at a time.

Purchases:
Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio

The Walt Disney Co. (DIS) $30
Apple Inc. (AAPL) $20
Target Corp. (TGT) $20
The Coca-Cola Co. (KO) $10
Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT) $60
ConocoPhillips (COP) $25 and $60
Proctor & Gamble Company (PG) $55
Bank of America Corp. (BAC) $48.81
Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) $40.25

Total invested $369.06

Retirement Account
Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) 401k Employee Plan
C Fund - $298 invested
S Fund - $105 invested
I Fund - $95 invested

Total invested $498

Dividends:
Kinder Morgan (KMI) $5.75 reinvested for .39 shares
Proctor & Gamble (PG) $8.03 for reinvested for .098651 shares
Realty Income (O)  $1.99

Total dividends received $15.77

Other Passive Income:
Rental Property:  I received $1300 in payment for my rental house, which netted approximately $300 after mortgage payment and management expenses.

Summary:
Overall, in the past two weeks, I put $867.06 in fresh new capital to work with my investments.
I had some passive income rolling in thanks to dividends and my rental property, which is what this journey is all about.   I'll be following up this post with my monthly activity, so be looking for that in the next day or so.  Thanks for stopping by and for the support!

Weekly Activity - Stock Purchases, Dividends, Passive Income

Hello everyone,

Once again, thanks for stopping by and supporting my investing journey.   Of note, I'm having some issues with my comments section, as I cannot post replies from my Apple devices.  I'm not sure what is going on but I cannot post a comment to my fellow bloggers using Google Blogger either.   This post will detail my weekly activity, as I had several small purchases to add to existing portfolio holdings, a Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) contribution, dividends received and, lastly, income generated from my rental property.

Purchases:
Special Agent Dividend's Dividend Growth Portfolio
The Walt Disney Co. (DIS) $30
Apple Inc. (AAPL) $20
Target Corp. (TGT) $20
The Coca-Cola Co. (KO) $10
Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT) $65
ConocoPhillips (COP) $25

Total invested $170

Retirement Account
Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) 401k Employee Plan
C Fund - $298 invested
S Fund - $105 invested
I Fund - $95 invested

Total invested $498

Dividends:
Kinder Morgan (KMI) $5.75 reinvested for .39 shares
Proctor & Gamble (PG) $8.03 for reinvested for .098651 shares
Realty Income (O)  $1.99

Total dividends received $15.77

Other Passive Income:
Rental Property:  I received $1300 in payment for my rental house, which netted approximately $300 after mortgage payment and management expenses.  This continues to be a great investment property, as I could substantially raise my rental rate but will not until my current tenant leaves.  Great tenants > tad more money.

Summary:
Another week is in the books and I managed to add to my snowball of investments.  I continued with my small investment strategy to build my core holdings.   I plan on making a few more small buys this week and hoping for some more turmoil in the market to get some discounted prices.   Once again, thanks for stopping by and for the support!
